As the Principal and CEO, Mr. Baguio is responsible for the execution and delivery of POMOLUX Full Scope Professional Lighting Services.

By working with all levels of the business, including directly for LED Manufacturers, Manufacturers Reps, General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Architects, Engineers and Electrical Installers and Utility Companies, Mr. Baguio understands the needs of trustworthy client relationships, continuous improvement of lighting products, value engineering, product delivery, project planning and field installation processes. 

NYC experience in Lighting Project Specification and Project Management has allowed Mr. Baguio to better serve POMOLUX customers by focusing on the relationships built with them. 

Mr. Baguio joined the industry in 2007 selling NYSERDA and Con Edison Lighting Energy Conservation Lighting Projects in New York City as well as other Incentive Program Commercial & Industrial projects in New Jersey and Connecticut.

Mr. Bani has enjoyed a 30 year career in lighting and energy technology.  He has been an instrumental part of auditing, designing and installing lighting in over 40 million square feet of retail, commercial and industrial space.
